* TOS' stands for 'Terms of Service'. These are the terms on which I will do your commission. Please familiarize yourself with these before commissioning me.*

When I send you work in progress images, I do not tolerate a complete restart once the sketch has been made, it’s very time consuming on my part and very mentally draining for me to have to restart from scratch. Please properly convey what it is specifically you are looking for when it comes to commissioning me, otherwise artistic liberty is completely under my control. If you do not like it, your commission will be declined.

If you would like a hand-held badge, I am willing to print your digital piece out,
possibly laminate it, and ship it. But you must be willing to pay the shipping price.

I work from image reference sheets only, and will not work from a written explanation of what your character looks like.

Refunds will NOT be given out once the commission is complete. If you request a refund before I start work on the piece, you will receive a full refund. If you request a refund mid-way through work in the piece, you will receive a partial refund.

PLEASE NOTE: I am a human being too, meaning I may have personal issues or matters to attend to while working on your commission, so please understand this and BE PATIENT.

Once your artwork has been completed I will not make any further changes to the piece. If you wish to have changes made to the piece after it has been complete, there will be an additional fee, or I will refuse to edit the piece if the change is big.

If you wish to commission me for a certain event, then please make sure to commission me well in advance and to let me know what date you need the piece done by so I can bump you up my queue if necessary.

All finished pieces will always have my name (and/or) my watermark on them for safety reasons. These will not be removed but also will not distract or obscure the finished product.

Yes, I require full or partial payment upfront before I start working on your commission. Payment is usually done through PayPal (with a fee of $3), CashApp, Venmo, and on occasion Zelle.5. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Refunds are available depending on how much work has been completed:Full refund: If I haven’t started the piece.
Partial refund: If I’ve begun the sketch or line work.

As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it on my portfolio and social media. You may use the commissioned piece for personal use (icons, headers, printing for yourself) but not for commercial purposes unless previously agreed upon.
